Balsamic Vinegar Jelly 110 GR (3.9oz)

The Prunotto Mariangela Organic Farm, located in Alba, Piemonte, uses artisanal methods to process the balsamic vinegar of Modena to make this balsamic vinegar jelly, a true delight for those passionate about the absolute classics of Italian cuisine. This jelly, which has a dark color due to the balsamic vinegar, has the typical aroma of the vinegar with a softer and sweeter flavor. At first, it tastes sweet, but once it dissolves in your mouth it gives off the typical aroma of aged balsamic vinegar, with a perfect balance between sweet and sour. Perfect with cheese, especially with aged Parmigiano, but also with ricotta, it can also be used with yogurt, gelato or grilled fish.

Centro Tartufi Molise golden Acacia honey, is infused with the intoxicating bouquet of white truffles (actual truffle in the amphora shaped jar). Its savory earthiness is delicious with cured meats, salty cheeses, and crusty bread, or for basting meats and game birds. It is exceptional when sprinkled on Parmigiano Reggiano, and to prepare honey truffle lobster. If you prefer, open 15 min prior to use to allow the aroma to gently soften, or use immediately for intense flavor.
